The building complex for a 4 member family and guests were created on an idyllic 4 hectare lot in the southeast side of Paros with a view of the sea. The buildings are dispersed and developed in the natural contour of the land forming between them courtyards acting as protection zones from the high winds. The presence of the sea in the east underlines the direction of the building towards it, and is not obstructed from the guest house as it is sunken in the contour of the lot.
