In the site’s gentle slopes towards the east and the panoramic view of Naxos a settlement was created where the buildings integrate wholly with the landscape creating open spaces protected from the winds. The complex consists of 5 one story and 1 two story houses on a 16.500 sm plot. The buildings provide independent entrances, private open spaces and absolute autonomy constituting morphologically one entity of white rectangular structures. In the center of the site there is a shaded communal space which is mainly used for parking. The buildings are separated with rich courtyards, gardens, paved walkways, walls, and pergolas.
